When you book your journey, you will receive a confirmation text. If you have any issues with your booking, please call our office.
Your driver will send a text update when they are in your chosen pick-up zone or location.
Drivers monitor flights based on the information you provided when you booked your airport transfer. If there is a cancellation, the driver will be notified of this and avoid charges for waiting.
Whether you have two suitcases or five, our experienced call advisers will help you choose the right vehicle based on the number of passengers and how much luggage you’re bringing.
Your driver will be able to contact you via WhatsApp. If this is unsuccessful, the office will contact you on your international number without extra charge.
If you have no luggage or carry-on luggage, your flight allows 30 minutes between the flight landing and meeting your driver. If you have luggage to collect, you will have 30 to 40 minutes.
